Facilities usage request form

Before submitting a request, please read the following Journey Church Facilities usage policy:
  • Activities and functions relating directly to ministries of Journey take precedence over all others
  • Anyone wishing to use the facilities of Journey Church must meet the following criteria:
    • Ministry Partnership (having attended Partnership Class and signed the Journey Covenant)
    • Agreement with mission, vision, and doctrine of Journey Church
  • Requests for use are approved or denied at the discretion of Journey leadership
  • Journey reserves the right to change event scheduling or location at anytime with reasonable notice.
  • You may be required to pay a refundable or non-refundable deposit to help protect against any damage, misuse, or loss.
 
Requirements if Request is Approved:
  • Agreement to clean facilities when finished with use (please see building usage checklist)
  • Checking out/returning key to main Church office (please arrange a time with staff)
 

Please allow up to 5 business days to be processed.Please be sure to specify additional time needed to set up and clean up before and after your event.
