Journey Church is an Elder-led church, meaning it is led by men who consistently meet the
requirements set forth in scripture (1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9). Most decisions are made by the Elders concerning the direction of the church and church discipline.

As an entire congregation, we vote on budgets, pastoral hiring and staff hiring.
The Leadership Team is comprised of church members, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the church and overseeing of ministries. If you have any questions or are interested in serving or leading, please feel free to contact any leadership team member directly.
