Facilities usage request form
Before submitting a request, please read the following Journey Church Facilities usage policy:
- Activities and functions relating directly to ministries of Journey take precedence over all others
- Anyone wishing to use the facilities of Journey Church must meet the following criteria:
- Ministry Partnership (having attended Partnership Class and signed the Journey Covenant)
- Agreement with mission, vision, and doctrine of Journey Church
- Requests for use are approved or denied at the discretion of Journey leadership
- Journey reserves the right to change event scheduling or location at anytime with reasonable notice.
- You may be required to pay a refundable or non-refundable deposit to help protect against any damage, misuse, or loss.
Requirements if Request is Approved:
- Agreement to clean facilities when finished with use (please see building usage checklist)
- Checking out/returning key to main Church office (please arrange a time with staff)
