For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in …” Matthew 25:35

Local Missions

Journey partners with the local Repairers of the Breach throughout the year on various projects to feed the hungry and provide Christmas for those in need. We also support the Newton Pregnancy Resource Center by holding an annual Baby Bottle Fundraiser. We are looking forward to more community outreaches in 2020.

Foreign Missions

We have had the privilege of helping purchase supplies for churches in Muldova, providing farm animals and fresh water through our annual sacrificial Christmas offering through World Vision, and by supporting foreign missionaries as needs arise.

Mission Trips

Journey Church has had the great opportunity to send people to Ethiopia, Kentucky, and New Orleans. It is our hope to continue to expand mission trips to reach others with the gospel with continual acts of service.

Journey is always looking for ways to serve, whether it is locally by partnering with other ministries or individual needs that are brought to our attention. The fact is, this is an ever evolving part of the Church and because of that, it is constantly changing as needs become evident. We are called to serve others, and that looks different throughout various seasons. One fact remains. We strive to follow Christ and join Him in whatever He is doing in the world around us, whether that is here in our own backyard or across the globe.
